• Attempt to bypass voting protections.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Make The Pick may remove or adjust comparisons, content, or votes when reasonably necessary to address abuse, errors, manipulation, or security issues, or to protect the integrity of the platform.

Third-party company names, product names, trademarks, logos, and other third-party intellectual property belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Make The Pick does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or partnership.

Make The Pick is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or complete.

To the extent permitted by law, Make The Pick is not responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content.
